Thomas Collins, MD, FACEP, FAEMS

Dr. Thomas Collins, MD, FACEP, FAEMS provides advocacy, practice resources and education for physicians. His organizational efforts include the education of physicians and medical students and plays an advocacy role in legislative processes. Dr. Collins received the FBI Director’s Community Leadership Award for 2016, which honors individuals and organizations for their efforts in combating crime, terrorism, drugs, and violence in America. He has dedicated his career to serving and training others in public health and safety and played a key role in the integration of trauma center level emergency medicine and tactical law enforcement operations in the Cleveland area. Dr. Collins joined MetroHealth in 1996.
