Shannon Biello, MPH

Shannon Biello, MPH is the Director of National Treatment Quality Initiatives at Shatterproof, where she oversees the implementation of ATLAS®, a quality measurement system for addiction treatment facilities, and plans for its sustained implementation and expansion.

Before joining Shatterproof, Shannon worked as a public health professional for various behavioral health initiatives at federal, academic, and non-profit entities, including telehealth programs for Veterans with dementia and their caregivers and maternal mental health support services.

Most recently, she worked at Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in the National Center for Injury Prevention and Control, leading projects for a national sexual violence prevention program and a youth violence prevention program to monitor progress and drive strategic improvements.

Shannon received a Master of Public Health from the Department of Behavioral Sciences and Health Education at Emory University with a Certificate in Mental Health.
