Mark Cooke, ACLU of Washington, Campaign for Smart Justice Policy Director

Mark works on criminal justice, drug, and behavioral health policy reform. He has worked at the ACLU of Washington since 2008 on a variety of drug policy issues including Washington’s Good Samaritan Law, Initiative 502, harm reduction polices, and more recently on policy proposals to decriminalize drug possession and create public health alternatives. Mark holds a JD/MSW degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
