Leah Ettman, MS, MPH

Leah Ettman, MS, MPH is a Public Health Analyst at the National Network of Public Health Institutes (NNPHI), where she serves as the technical lead for a portfolio of opioid overdose prevention projects. In this role, she develops and executes project work plans and portfolio strategy related to mental health, substance use disorders, and behavioral health. She also supports NNPHI’s participation in and design of national, state and local meetings.

Before joining NNPHI, Leah worked as a senior associate for Health and Wellness at the National League of Cities, where she provided technical assistance to city leaders working to address the opioid epidemic as well as researched and disseminated city-level strategies for addressing the social determinants of health. She previously was a project coordinator for Nutrition Action Healthletter at the Center for Science in the Public Interest.
